We begin by reviewing the client’s summary, nationality, residence position, children or financial issues, and available evidence to identify the safest divorce route under Egyptian law, including harm-based divorce, fault-based divorce, desertion, or khula where suitable.

We prepare the divorce power of attorney for the specific case, wherever the client lives. The service can be handled online until the POA is signed, notarised, legalised, translated where required, and stamped by the Egyptian Consulate where applicable.
