الشكاوى والسلوك المهني

تقوم ANGLO–NILE بمراجعة الشكاوى المتعلقة بالخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة وفقًا لإجراءات الشكاوى المعمول بها.

وقد يعتمد وجود أي مسار خارجي لتقديم الشكاوى لدى جهة مهنية أو تنظيمية على طبيعة العمل والشخص المسؤول عنه والوضع التنظيمي المنطبق على الخدمة المعنية.

أما المسائل المتعلقة بالسلوك المهني لشخص خاضع لتنظيم SRA فتظل خاضعة للقواعد والاختصاصات التنظيمية لدى SRA بالقدر الذي تنطبق فيه على ذلك الشخص والعمل المعني.
